We were contacted by the Association of Service Apartment Providers (ASAP), who is a not-for-profit trade body, to host a prestigious Gala Dinner and Industry Awards.

The ASAP Gala Dinner and Industry Awards was to be for 250 industry people including ASAP members. The company contacted us to organise and activate the event within a set budget.

The Brief

Our brief for the event included researching and securing a London venue large enough to facilitate the number of attendees and within budget. We also recruited and oversaw all event suppliers including the catering, AV, florist and entertainment for the evening.

Due to the ASAP being a not-for-profit organisation, we also put together a marketing communications plan to assist with selling tickets for the event to all their members. This included liaising with their in-house team on a weekly basis.

We also set up sponsorship opportunities for the event including all sponsorship documents and sales emails to approach potential sponsors about helping to fund the event.

The Results

The results from the event spoke for themselves! We sold 250 tickets for the inaugural ASAP Gala Dinner and Industry Awards.

We also secured sponsorship for the drinks reception, gala dinner and industry awards, and table centrepieces. As part of our service, we also provided all attendees with a survey and achieved positive feedback from all attendees.
