We were contacted by the Association of Service Apartment Providers (ASAP), who is a not-for-profit trade body, to host their annual convention for members and guests.
The ASAP Annual Convention was to be for over 350 delegates including ASAP members. The company contacted us to organise the event from planning through to delivery.
Our events and marketing brief for the event included researching and securing a London conference venue large enough to facilitate the number of delegates and within budget. We recruited a number of relevant suppliers to exhibit at the event and sold sponsorship opportunities to raise capital to fund the convention as the ASAP is a not-for-profit trade body.
All offline and online marketing materials were produced by us including the event programme. We also assisted with recruiting and briefing the speakers taking part in the conference. A marketing communications plan was developed and discussed with the internal team at the ASAP so that all members of staff were aware of the plan to sell tickets for the event.
The ASAP was extremely happy with the results of the event. We increased the sales of delegate tickets year-on-year and achieved participation from 30 exhibitors all of whom paid a fee for their exhibition space.
We also secured sponsorship from seven companies for opportunities throughout the convention including networking breakouts, event programme and table centrepieces. As part of our service, we also provided all attendees with a survey and achieved positive feedback from all delegates.
